Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify retail and small-business financial needs. •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and perform outside sales activities as directed.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff, while meeting customer experience and individual/team production goals and referring to business partners as appropriate.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
