Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment through quick resolution of client needs.
  • •Analyze reports with store leadership to support action plans, focusing on deficient areas and identifying growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage by leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Assist with processing shipments and support product flow, including visual merchandising, daily replenishment, and executing procedures per company policy.
