Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an enterprise transformation program for a major banking client, owning end-to-end outcomes across the client lifecycle.
  • •Manage contract-to-delivery alignment, mobilization, go-live, and scaling activities to ensure commitments are met.
  • •Own executive stakeholder alignment and program governance, ensuring delivery quality and time-to-value.
  • •Partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate implementation efforts.
  • •Deliver complex, multi-market projects on time and within scope using Agile/Lean/hybrid methodologies and KPI-driven continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent Advanced Degree/PhD years) delivering large-scale implementation and transformation projects for fintechs and banks.
  • •Detailed technical knowledge of the payments ecosystem in GCC countries, specifically implementation and certification of Jaywan and AEP Switch in UAE.
  • •Technical knowledge of payments and banking platforms in cloud environments using microservice architecture, REST/JSON APIs, and data streaming.
  • •Completed core banking/payments transformation implementation from contract signature through production live.
