Job Summary

Lead an enterprise transformation program for a major banking client, owning end-to-end outcomes across the client lifecycle from contract-to-delivery alignment through go-live and scaling. Key Responsibilities

•Lead an enterprise transformation program for a major banking client, owning end-to-end outcomes across the client lifecycle.
•Manage contract-to-delivery alignment, mobilization, go-live, and scaling activities to ensure commitments are met.
•Own executive stakeholder alignment and program governance, ensuring delivery quality and time-to-value.
•Partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate implementation efforts.
•Deliver complex, multi-market projects on time and within scope using Agile/Lean/hybrid methodologies and KPI-driven continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent Advanced Degree/PhD years) delivering large-scale implementation and transformation projects for fintechs and banks.
•Detailed technical knowledge of the payments ecosystem in GCC countries, specifically implementation and certification of Jaywan and AEP Switch in UAE.
•Technical knowledge of payments and banking platforms in cloud environments using microservice architecture, REST/JSON APIs, and data streaming.
•Completed core banking/payments transformation implementation from contract signature through production live.
