Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn core roles and responsibilities across key sourcing operation functions, including product creation, costing/materials/testing, tactical & production planning, and manufacturing (quality and ME).
  • •Act as an active team member and successfully intern in these roles, supporting team success.
  • •Shadow senior sourcing leaders and participate in daily duties, understanding functions and responsibilities and providing concrete support to assigned departments.
  • •Take functional and project leadership under SDSO guidance and act as a role model for higher roles.
  • •Ensure sourcing operations comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards, and legal requirements; contribute to innovation and change by bringing new ideas.

Key Requirements

  • •Fresh graduate or candidate with less than two years of full-time work experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • •Strong communication skills, including presentation and efficient note taking.
  • •Analytical skills for reporting and data collection.
  • •Fluency in English and flexibility to relocate at the company’s request.
