Key Responsibilities

  • •Own local business performance and strategically grow market share for the Property & Buildings team.
  • •Manage the local strategic plan, including project and office financial performance and forecasting/business development strategy.
  • •Lead client relationships and pursuit management, including representing the firm at events, presenting solutions, and developing scopes and proposals.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage complex projects while driving technical excellence.
  • •Develop people and office culture, emphasizing training, inclusion, and conflict resolution while monitoring KPIs (e.g., sales, EBITDA, utilization, backlog).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Engineering or Architecture; PE or RA license preferred.

  • •Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • •Preferred: LEED AP certification and at least 10+ years of project management experience.
