Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, onboard, coach, and retain Readiness Specialists; set ownership and coverage for accounts in the East region and develop team members.
  • •Own the readiness portfolio health across the region, including site readiness, policy/approval milestones, deployment and training progress, and launch criteria.
  • •Identify at-risk launches early, drive resolution, escalate when needed, and directly own complex or recovering launches.
  • •Develop and maintain the readiness playbook (launch checklists, standards, policy templates, flight readiness criteria, documentation, and handoff criteria).
  • •Ensure a clean post-launch handoff to Customer Success and act as the aggregated customer voice to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of customer-facing operations, deployment, implementation, or project delivery experience, including work with public safety customers.
  • •1+ years leading a team (formally or as a lead with hiring and mentorship responsibility).
  • •Familiarity with Drone as First Responder concepts of operation and dock-based remote operations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • •Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage timelines, dependencies, and readiness gates across a portfolio.
