Key Responsibilities

•Identify friction points with Customer Success, Support, Field Services, Training, and Operations teams and translate them into concrete requirements and measurable outcomes.
•Own the full build cycle from design to ship and iterate, creating scalable internal tools, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.
•Design systems to provide a reliable source of truth across customer-facing workflows and ensure long-term maintainability.
•Connect and operationalize data across platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Databricks, Palantir Foundry) to power analytics and business workflows.
•Drive adoption by documenting, handoff, and tracking outcomes to continually improve business impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 155,000 annually
