Key Responsibilities

  • •Support facilities and construction managers with maintenance/repair and facility project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and scope control.
  • •Assign, coordinate, and track work orders in WARP; create/update RFPOs and work orders in ERP; provide asset management input.
  • •Manage and negotiate service contracts and partner on RFPs, vendor selection, and cost control with Purchasing.
  • •Coordinate vendor/contractor schedules, job walk-downs, and logistics; maintain supplies, equipment, furniture, and inventory space.
  • •Support purchase orders, seating charts, audits, office outfitting, contractor badging/ITAR and safety training requirements, and daily administrative reporting/coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of experience in customer service, facilities coordination, vendor/contract management, or facilities maintenance.
  • •Associate’s degree or higher in a related field (architecture, engineering, project management, or construction management preferred).
  • •Familiarity with WARP/ERP systems and the ability to read basic floor plans.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 40 lbs infrequently.
