  • •Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment; ensure materials are properly stored and labeled.
  • •Oversee material receiving, inspections, and verification against purchase orders; handle damaged items and discrepancies.
  • •Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and keep inventory records updated in NetSuite/ERP.
  • •Execute supplier pickups/returns and manage material runs, including garbage/recycling drop-offs.
  • •Process warranty-related RMAs and vendor returns, including coordinating credits and accurately recording receiving activities in NetSuite.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
  • •Proven track record of all aspects of warehouse management.
  • •Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems; NetSuite experience is preferable.
  • •Must be able to operate a forklift.
