Key Responsibilities

  • •Create enterprise-quality optimisation and ML-based solutions for logistics optimisation platforms.
  • •Lead technology selection, API design, and the establishment of core product patterns.
  • •Implement cloud solutions using a hybrid approach of serverless and containerised architectures on Azure.
  • •Contribute to deployment pipelines and cloud IaC deployment packages.
  • •Collaborate with clients, product owners, and programme architects to ensure solutions meet requirements and are architecturally sound.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent understanding of Java 17+ with Spring and Spring Boot.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Azure, including containerisation and serverless technologies.
  • •Experience writing enterprise-quality solutions with an understanding of how enterprise software fits into a wider technical landscape.
  • •Strong knowledge of design patterns and the ability to adapt them for an AI world.
  • •Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly Terraform, plus automated testing and rigorous quality processes.
