Manage incoming draw and advance requests from regional banking customers for project loans, ensuring requests align with project budgets and that required documentation is collected and retained. Review and organize advance-request information, support post-loan booking and pre-closing document collection, and ensure compliance with federal regulations related to ground-up construction. Maintain updates in business tracking systems and may assist with training and mentoring for related credit specialist roles.
