Lead and coach retail associates through roleplay, training content, and feedback, and help the Store Manager with recruiting and bench strength. Manage store execution including scheduling, timecards and payroll support, visual merchandising standards, and clienteling activities. Collaborate with the team, maintain ethical conduct, and support compliance with company policies and procedures.
