Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced administrative support functions for the Branch Management Team.
  • •Assist with supervision of branch support staff, including onboarding, training, development, and ongoing associate communication.
  • •Support the employment life cycle, including interviewing and onboarding/offboarding branch associates.
  • •Partner on associate development through the performance management process, including goal setting and monthly coaching.
  • •Supervise and evaluate branch support staff work, including prioritizing, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and scheduling hours/time off; resolve problems and interpret policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33.59 - 45.49 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Must have SIE and Series 7 plus Series 63/65 or 66 licenses, or obtain them within 1 year.
  • •3+ years of industry experience as a registered client specialist or comparable role (preferred).
  • •Strong organizational skills to prioritize and delegate branch workflow to achieve goals.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PWM technology/tools, with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
