Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery for Raytheon Vision Systems tactical programs, defining program strategy and execution plans. Own statement of work development, proposal and capture activities, and establish cost/schedule baselines. Key Responsibilities

•Define program strategy and execute programs within cost, schedule, and technical baselines.
•Develop statement of work and lead proposal and capture activities to contract requirements.
•Manage financial baselines and program cost/schedule/technical performance metrics.
•Serve as the central hub connecting Chief Engineer, Integrated Product Teams, and functional teams to execute effectively.
•Prepare PMRs, EACs, and coordinate customer Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), including domestic travel for business/customer needs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience (or an Advanced degree with minimum 5 years).
•Experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and/or cross-functional teams.
•Program management skills including managing cost and schedule, Earned Value Management (EVMS), risk & opportunity, bids, proposals, and/or business strategy.
•Ability to work with minimal supervision as a self-starter.
•Knowledge of RVS and EOIRS products and end use is preferred.
