Store Assistant Manager

Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations, helping drive store strategy and ensuring it aligns with MAF Retail’s business goals. Support departmental comparative studies, analyze product assortment to improve profitability and sales turnover, and oversee stock management and merchandise deliveries. Supervise service and maintenance of company assets, uphold hygiene, safety, and security standards, and ensure correct merchandise plan/layout execution while leading the team to meet customer needs.
