Manage live-action scripted Kids & Family series production through third-party partner studios, partnering with Live-Action Content Executives to advise on production matters for co-productions and acquisitions. Own setup/execution processes including schedules and budgets, cost tracking with Finance, vendor and key hire vetting, and troubleshooting delivery changes. Lead search and hire of key production staff and coordinate internally (Post, Localization) and externally to lock schedules and deliverables.

•Work with executives, showrunners, and line producers to prepare and vet show budgets and schedules, assessing viability and risks.
•Review scripts and define series production strategy, determining budget estimates from development to lock.
•Track and manage costs with Finance, keeping stakeholders apprised of status.
•Collaborate with internal (including Post and Localization) and external production teams to lock schedules, troubleshoot changes, and assist with search and hire of key production staff.

•Experience handling a fast-paced environment with multiple projects across production phases, including taking educated risks while responding in a timely manner.
•Team-oriented approach with ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-based setting and maintain confidential information.
•Ability to prioritize and respond appropriately while staying detail-oriented and organized.
•Proficiency in Google Applications including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail, and Drive.
