Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage the forecasting of financing fee.
  • •Create and manage sales deduction conditions and claims by product and partner for financing.
  • •Provide monthly promotion redemption results to accounting teams and support ad-hoc reports.
  • •Track carrier bounty and mirrored promotion information to support sales finance accrual and reconcile claims.
  • •Monitor and report payment performance, manage portal access administration, and publish promotion performance to internal carrier account teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, plus 3+ years of progressive experience.
  • •Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis.
  • •Experience with sales promotion forecast, accrual, invoice, and redemption.
  • •Familiarity with online payment operations is preferred.
  • •Experience managing financial management knowledge of sales deduction items and supporting relationships with payment partners.
