Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate tool demo/installation and qualification from design through construction, including SL2SO/DSL3 support.
  • •Support PM and PIT on safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget key indicators for the tool install area.
  • •Supervise and develop engineers and technicians in a direct and matrix environment, providing guidance on performance and productivity.
  • •Represent local FCS in Central Tool Install (CTI) and Virtual Factory (VF) forums and enable Copy Exactly (CE) and Best Known Methods (BKM).
  • •Interface with foundry customers, suppliers, and contractors to meet scope needs, resolve issues, and drive Lean initiatives and after-action reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.

  • •Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification with Lean methodologies experience is preferred.
