Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and develop composable, production-ready Android UI components using Jetpack Compose and XML where necessary.
  • •Shape and maintain open-source Universal Components Android SDKs and client libraries.
  • •Write, curate, and polish developer-facing resources such as tutorials, guides, sample applications, and API documentation.
  • •Engage with the open-source developer community by providing technical assistance and domain knowledge for Auth0.
  • •Perform code reviews, uphold quality and UI testing standards, and troubleshoot/debug complex issues while keeping pace with modern Android architecture standards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional native Android development using Kotlin and Java.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience building production interfaces with Jetpack Compose.
  • •Ability to translate design mocks (e.g., Figma) into clean, modular, accessible Compose code.
  • •Proven experience developing reusable Android UI libraries, SDKs, or widely used application architectures.
  • •Experience deploying to Google Play Store and/or publishing packages/libraries to artifact repositories like Maven Central.
