Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and other modules. Gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions while customizing and configuring applications using best practices. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers, conduct code reviews and performance tuning, and ensure security and compliance adherence. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, stay current with releases, and support pre-sales solutioning and demos.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools; conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure security/compliance adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
