•Coordinate cross-functional activities to support business transformation initiatives, tracking progress and maintaining documentation of deliverables.
•Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and current vs. future state process documentation while supporting project intake and prioritization materials.
•Maintain reporting cadences including weekly business reviews (WBRs), status updates, and executive reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
•Assist in administering and continuously improving program management tools and workflows, including automation efforts for efficiency and scalability.
•Partner with stakeholders to gather inputs, identify process gaps, and support implementation of process improvements and automation solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•2–4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, program support, or a similar role.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into insights and recommendations.
•Proficiency with business and productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (plus project management software).
•Experience supporting process optimization and automation (e.g., Zapier or similar) is a plus.
