Lead the development and management of strategic training programs supporting safety, customer service, and operational excellence across Airports and Cargo. Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs, plan and implement programs, and ensure sustainment and warranty. Use data and measurement tools to evaluate effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and integrate innovation such as AI and modern learning formats. Maintain documentation and reporting for transparency and compliance.

•Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop strategic learning solutions.
•Manage training programs from planning through implementation, sustainment, and warranty.
•Use project management to drive timelines, deliverables, and coordination across teams.
•Monitor evolving business needs and plan future training requirements.
•Evaluate training effectiveness with data and measurement tools to guide continuous improvement, including innovation in delivery.
•Maintain documentation and reporting to support transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of relevant experience, including project or program management experience.

•Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Asana).
