Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes: support PR-to-PO workflow, issue POs, and track acknowledgments, amendments, and delivery timelines.
  • •Review and validate purchase requisitions for completeness and correct GL/cost-center coding, enforce the Spend Approval Matrix, and escalate exceptions.
  • •Support RFQs/RFPs, competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, proposal comparison, and commercial negotiations.
  • •Partner with Legal and Security to manage contract thresholds, mandatory clauses, redlines, and vendor risk assessments (VRAs), while maintaining complete procurement documentation.
  • •Maintain procurement systems and master data (including vendor onboarding documents), identify cost-saving opportunities, and report ATF purchases and coordinate corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of progressive experience in Procurement and Operations with strong process discipline.
  • •Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems and procurement processes, with attention to detail for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Experience with vendor master data management and contract management or procurement compliance (a plus).
  • •Experience administering P2P platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Procurement Cloud (plus Excel reporting and SOP development).
