Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions, engaging clients, and uncovering needs while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process by participating in outbound client outreach, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities through referrals to branch teams or specialists.
