Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting to grow and scale Stripe’s Go-to-Market (GTM) hiring across the US, LatAM, and Canada. Develop strategic sourcing plans, conduct market research, and partner with senior leaders to align recruiting strategy with headcount goals. Track and analyze recruiting metrics, deliver transparent reporting, and propose scalable improvements to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficacy. Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Finance, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent for current and future hiring needs.
•Conduct regular market research and analyze talent trends to inform recruiting strategies and address challenges.
•Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to achieve headcount goals across US, LatAM, and Canada.
•Track and analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress to business leadership.
•Propose and implement creative, scalable changes to improve recruiting strategy and enhance candidate experience.

•4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including in-house recruiting.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Strong drive to identify and engage top talent and build candidate relationships.
•Proven ability to use data insights to identify trends and refine recruiting processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
