Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per SOPs and maintenance plans, respond to HVAC alarms and breakdowns, and monitor/control systems through BMS platforms. Support GMP compliance for cGMP/WHO/EU GMP/FDA, including qualification activities, logbooks, deviations, and change controls while following ALCOA+ data integrity principles.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AHUs, FCUs, MAUs, exhaust systems, chillers, cooling towers, and dehumidifiers.
•Carry out preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance according to SOPs and maintenance plans.
•Monitor HVAC systems via BMS and respond to alarms, trends, and breakdowns promptly.
•Support point-to-point checks, loop checks, and requalification activities; coordinate with BMS engineers for troubleshooting.
•Ensure cGMP/WHO/EU GMP/FDA compliance, including HVAC qualification/requalification and maintaining logbooks, checklists, deviations, and change controls while following ALCOA+ principles.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
•3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom HVAC.
•Hands-on experience with BMS (building management systems).
•Ability to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC equipment used in controlled environments.
•Familiarity with GMP-aligned documentation and compliance expectations.
