Key Responsibilities

  • •Support all aspects of Fronius welding technology and equipment for existing and prospect customers.
  • •Configure and support robotic/automated/manual welding systems for the sales process and production start-up at customer locations.
  • •Evaluate customer needs and recommend products, services, upgrades, and solutions for welding challenges, including spare parts and materials.
  • •Provide email and telephone support for routine and complex customer queries/problems, including pricing, quotes, bids information, documentation, installations, and troubleshooting.
  • •Program, troubleshoot, and test automated/robotics systems; perform installations, commissioning, training, and conduct trainings and events for regional teams and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the field and/or electrical technology/engineering.
  • •Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • •Valid passport (or ability to obtain one), a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel throughout the USA and possibly overseas.
