Manager, Data Scientist -Advanced Recommenders and Personalization Systems (Transformers, LLMs & Reinforcement Learning)

Lead the development of large-scale reinforcement learning recommender and personalization systems that deliver real-time, intelligent experiences across marketing, customer servicing, and digital products. Build and fine-tune foundation models from customer interaction data, apply transformers, LLMs, and reinforcement learning to improve long-term engagement, and create evaluation frameworks. Partner with engineering and product teams to deploy production-grade, low-latency systems.
