Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition and People teams to identify technology and AI opportunities to improve work.
  • •Advise teams on designing scalable, secure, and trusted AI-enabled solutions grounded in People data.
  • •Build and enable shared integrations, data services, and platform automations that accelerate AI-powered solutions across People.
  • •Evaluate and manage People Technology vendors and make build/buy/integration decisions.
  • •Steward core People Platform systems of record (including Workday and Greenhouse), ensuring reliable, secure operations and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with a Master's; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience.
  • •Hands-on experience managing enterprise People platforms such as Workday and Greenhouse, including designing or implementing integrations using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, or integration platforms.
  • •Working knowledge supporting recruiting/talent acquisition technology (offer approvals, requisition/application flows, and sourcing/assessment tools).
  • •Ability to experiment with AI tools to automate work or build solutions, and explain what you tried, what you learned, and how you’d apply it.
  • •Led technology initiatives end-to-end from discovery and requirements through implementation, change management, and adoption.
