Senior Employment Tax Manager - 12 month fixed term contract

Lead employment tax advisory and compliance across the UK and international jurisdictions, acting as a key point of contact for HMRC and other tax authorities. Partner with the Tax, HR, Payroll, Reward, and external advisors to deliver practical employment tax advice and manage complex matters including PSA, P11Ds, ERS returns, global mobility, and STBV reporting. Drive risk management, governance, continuous improvement, training, and process automation enhancements.
