Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of software engineers, including performance appraisals and monthly 1:1 sessions.
  • •Drive development using engineering principles, adherence to standards, and Honeywell Process requirements.
  • •Lead cross-functional and multi-locational agile software development teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • •Deploy SDLC best practices with measurable outcomes and remove waste.
  • •Drive technical resource reviews and cultivate Honeywell operating system practices while applying visual, metrics-based management in agile teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience with proven track record in product development for industrial and automation products.
  • •8+ years of working experience in software development.
  • •Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and the full lifecycle of software product development, including hands-on test execution and unit testing.
  • •Experience/knowledge of TDC 3000/2000 and Experion PKS DCS/PLC/industrial automation systems (or competitor systems) is an added advantage.
