Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives supporting physical activity, healthy weight management, mindfulness/stress reduction, tobacco cessation, and wellbeing activities.
  • •Coordinate and lead group engagement sessions (e.g., safety talks, stretch and flex programs, lunch and learns) to educate and motivate employees.
  • •Conduct biometric screenings and testing events (blood pressure and body composition) and facilitate coaching interactions based on results.
  • •Provide proactive site walks/rounds and individual health consults to support sustainable behavior change and personalized health improvement plans.
  • •Maintain timely, accurate, HIPAA-compliant data entry and collaborate with client HR/benefits and safety teams to integrate initiatives into client culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences or a related field.
  • •Background in injury prevention, especially for construction, manufacturing, and transportation settings.
  • •Strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • •Comfortable proactively reaching out to new people and populations, with strong presentation skills for individuals and groups.
  • •Highly professional approach to confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant documentation and data entry.
