Job Summary

Join the Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) Operations team in Singapore as a Material Availability Coordinator, responsible for end-to-end execution of field-region supply chain activities. Ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement while coordinating with internal teams, warehouses, forwarders, and customers using SAP to maintain material availability and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments (priority and emergency).
•Follow up on service orders, delivery notes, and shipment status.
•Handle ticket disturbances and operational escalations; resolve stock, order, and shipment issues.
•Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, forwarders, and customers; perform proactive stock checks and inventory monitoring.
•Support reporting (EMO, fill rate, performance tracking) and participate in operational meetings; drive continuous improvement initiatives; work with SAP.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration or relevant experience in similar roles.
•3–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Experience in a high-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred.
•SAP ERP knowledge / experience is a big preference
•Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
•Strong communication and stakeholder management; structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
