Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments (priority and emergency).
  • •Follow up on service orders, delivery notes, and shipment status.
  • •Handle ticket disturbances and operational escalations; resolve stock, order, and shipment issues.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, forwarders, and customers; perform proactive stock checks and inventory monitoring.
  • •Support reporting (EMO, fill rate, performance tracking) and participate in operational meetings; drive continuous improvement initiatives; work with SAP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration or relevant experience in similar roles.
  • •3–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Experience in a high-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • •SAP ERP knowledge / experience is a big preference
  • •Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management; structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
