•Collaborate with People team, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure programs are defined, understood, and adopted for consistency and competitive advantage.
•Partner with Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness to develop future programming and resources across Affirm.
•Create communications and engagement plans to drive change management supporting People & Organizational Success.
•Define, measure, and communicate learning program success metrics to demonstrate value and impact.
