Job Summary

Lead Distribution and Direct Sales of power tools and industrial lifting equipment for Railways, Aerospace, and Defense in the assigned territory. Own product understanding, manage enquiry pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity generation, and review channel partners’ performance against monthly and annual targets. Drive key account management, market analysis, and product positioning while supporting technical inquiries, demos, and training across clients and channel partners.

•Drive key account management and conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes for product positioning.
•Provide technical support and collaborate on product demonstrations, proposals, and training; appoint new channel partners in Railways/Aerospace & Defense.

Key Requirements

•8–10 years relevant experience handling OEMS/EPC accounts in Railways, Aerospace & Defense through direct and channel (indirect) sales.
•Proven experience in the railway industry, preferably in a product-focused role.
•Strong technical acumen with an understanding of railway systems and equipment.
•Analytical mindset to interpret market data and customer feedback, plus strong organizational skills to manage priorities.
