Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted architectural advisor for enterprise customers, guiding VMware Kubernetes solution design, validation, and full-scale deployment on VMware Cloud Foundation infrastructure platforms.
•Lead architecture workshops, technical deep-dives, and complex PoCs to accelerate deployment of Supervisor and VMware Kubernetes Service.
•Deliver resilient Kubernetes networking architectures, including IP Address Management (IPAM), container-native egress/ingress, and cloud-native microservices routing.
•Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering field core teams, and Systems Integrator partners to develop customer proposals covering virtualization scaling and physical-to-virtual transformations.
•Build, standardize, and share reusable reference architectures, deployment patterns, and technical assets to accelerate customer adoption of VCF enterprise infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in technology engineering or consulting with depth in enterprise IT architecture, data center SDN, or private cloud infrastructure platforms (VMware Cloud Foundation experience is highly beneficial).
•Proven architecture expertise across VMware Cloud Foundation core infrastructure, including advanced vSphere deployment, vSAN storage architectures, and automated SDDC Manager operations.
•Experience with Kubernetes Platform Engineering platforms such as EKS, AKS, RH OCP/OPP, and Rancher, with strong Kubernetes networking design capability.
•Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes-native networking constructs, ensuring reliable ingress controllers, egress controls, and CNI multi-tenancy configurations.
•Ability to lead analysis and troubleshooting of complex infrastructure, networking, and containerization issues across Kubernetes and Supervisor environments during PoCs/pilots.
