Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, develop, bring up, test, validate, and release structural and thermal components for complex electronic systems and modules.
  • •Define and implement test and validation mechanical and thermal plans, including design reviews and reliability activities such as MTBF prediction, FMEA, and derating/margin testing.
  • •Oversee fabrication of mechanical and thermal systems and modules, including support for certification, NPI, production, and transfer to manufacturing.
  • •Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of the total system, identifying and resolving program support deficiencies.
  • •Support continuous improvement in product development operations to increase efficiency, agility, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Thermal Engineering with 15 years of experience, or MSc with 10 years of experience.
  • •15 years (BS) / 10 years (MSc) building and shipping electronics/storage solutions and products to customers.
  • •7+ years of electronics/storage industry experience architecting, developing, and shipping electronics/storage solutions.
  • •Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks.
  • •Knowledge of storage and memory sub-systems, including PCIe and DDR technologies, plus daily use of AI tools.
