Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying (Master’s desirable)
  • •Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM) achieved or commitment to achieve one
  • •Substantial experience in project management within the built environment or construction
  • •Experience managing projects with minimal supervision – self-directed and experienced in project delivery
  • •Experience delivering corporate real estate and fit-out projects for blue-chip clients
