Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to Aircrew Schedulers and crew-to-ground support resources.
  • •Act as the first point of escalation for UK scheduling and day-of-operations issues, supporting safe and efficient operational decisions.
  • •Oversee short-term operational scheduling including roster administration, open time, standby, and resource allocation while balancing safety, compliance, and performance.
  • •Strengthen local scheduling standards by documenting processes, developing and maintaining SOPs, and ensuring effective document control.
  • •Lead team performance, development, recruitment, and onboarding; support payroll-related scheduling activities and regional reporting.
