HSE Officer (KSA, SA)

Assist in executing project safety practices and procedures, including implementation of the Project HSE plan and HSEMS requirements. Monitor site HSE activities, support emergency response and evacuation planning, and deliver HSE training. Identify hazards and unsafe practices, raise observation reports with corrective actions, and investigate accidents/incidents. Maintain required inductions, risk assessments, inspections logs, and provide daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reporting.
