Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of HSE activities on the project to ensure requirements are met per the Project HSE plan and HSEMS.
  • •Develop and implement emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
  • •Provide HSE training to workers to improve incident prevention, first aid knowledge, and safety awareness.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe work conditions daily, raise observation reports, and record corrective measures and recommendations.
  • •Maintain safety-related documentation and controls including inductions, written risk assessments, inspections (mobile plant, equipment, fire extinguishers), logs, and daily/weekly/monthly HSE reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates.
  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses to develop mitigation strategies.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
