Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects, partnering with stakeholders from initial concept through final implementation and handover to Operations. Serve as a single point of contact for the client, managing escalations and ensuring client satisfaction. Own delivery to keep scope controlled, manage change, risks and issues, and deliver within the baselined budget, on time, and with required quality. Provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects.
•Interface with project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through final implementation and handover to Operations.
•Ensure client satisfaction by managing escalations and acting as a single point of contact.
•Manage delivery to keep solutions within baseline budget, on time, and meeting quality criteria; control scope and changes.
•Manage risks and issues and provide clear, concise communications to all stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Dutch (mother tongue or minimum C1 level).
•Seasoned project management experience to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
•Ability to establish strong internal stakeholder relationships and external client engagement.
•Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations.
•Relevant certifications and qualifications, including a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and preferably PMP; ITIL is beneficial.
