Key Responsibilities

•Adhere to all general and technical safety requirements to protect health and welfare at work.
•Perform maintenance tasks as part of a team or solo, including Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Troubleshooting, Inspections and Corrective Maintenance.
•Demonstrate knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) in daily duties.
•Set up and use test equipment (Manometer, Water pressure test kits, Digital Multimeter) and interpret results.
•Work with potable water, waste and drainage pipework systems and related components as part of maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

•Industrial Training Institute Diploma 2-year duration in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Maintenance or Plumbing or equivalent (post high school).
•IOSH Working Safely Certificate or equivalent.
•Minimum three (3) year experience within pump repair related environment or similar.
•Good level of spoken and written English.
•Working knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
