Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support store operations and daily tasks including POS transactions, inventory processing, and visual merchandising. •Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Key Requirements

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
