Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement and participate in the Site induction programme for all personnel on site and carry out inductions
•Develop, integrate, and participate in Site HSE training activities
•Administer and participate in HSE audit and inspection schemes
•Audit and monitor subcontractors’ HSE programs and provide specialist support to supervisors and subcontractor management
•Carry out daily inspections of all work areas to ensure Safe Working practices and monitor SUBCONTRACTOR HSE performance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in public health (Occupational Health and Safety) or Professional certificate of safety officer by Ministry of Labour
•Minimum 10 years substantial experience with at least 3–5 years in a HSSE managerial role in Live Plant, Greenfield and Turnaround / Revamp work for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plant or similar plants
•Substantial experience applying HSSE plans, worksite HSSE practices, and HSSE procedures; knowledge of project monthly/weekly construction report content
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal & written)
•Strong knowledge of local HSSE regulations, international standards, and client HSSE requirements
