Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation and deployment of Agile solutions within technical teams.
  • •Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint retrospective, backlog refinement) and prepare for Sprint Review.
  • •Mentor and coach the team on agile techniques and processes, promoting continuous learning and continuous improvement.
  • •Ensure Jira is up to date and the team is self-organized in its usage, tracking progress and improvement using new skills.
  • •Lead day-to-day activities for the VA Data Modernization effort, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines and communicating status and next steps to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or commensurate experience).
  • •15+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role.
  • •Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, CAPM etc.
  • •Experience leading multiple Scrum Teams and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
  • •Experienced in Jira management and confluence use, with strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.
