•Own the full optimization loop end-to-end: research, hypothesis, design/specs, test, and rollout with short cycles.
•Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation.
•Run deep funnel and product analysis across the entire user journey, including competitive benchmarking to find high-impact opportunities.
•Create high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs and partner with engineers to ensure rapid, accurate test implementation.
•Analyze results with statistical rigor, document learnings, maintain a testing roadmap, and present outcomes to stakeholders.
