Digital IT Product Manager for Resolve Fleet Issues

Lead the evolution of IT applications that help document and resolve in-service fleet issues, supporting global aircraft ramp-up while ensuring compliance with Export Control and Part-IS requirements. Gather business needs and translate them into IT solution proposals aligned with Enterprise Architecture and IM strategy. Own continuous release management and the product/service go-to-market, advocate for end users, and define chargeback models across platforms such as AWS, Skywise, SAP, and COTS environments.
