Senior Director of EPG Manufacturing Operations Leader (Global Scope)

Lead the global Manufacturing Operations function for one or more product groups, setting strategy and driving execution and continuous improvement across manufacturing responsibilities. Serve as the executive interface for business-unit roadmaps and key performance metrics including customer order commitments, revenue and gross margin targets, and predictable shipped product quality. Drive improvements in cost, cash, responsiveness, and quality, while building organizational capability and leading site leadership across regional EPG sites.
