Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the UFP investment process with financial due diligence, including market comps and deal execution support.
  • •Assist Principals with deal flow: sourcing/direct outreach, screening and evaluating opportunities, managing CRM, and supporting due diligence.
  • •Build and maintain financial models to assess valuation and forecast investment returns.
  • •Develop AI-enabled workflows, templates, and documented processes to improve investment research, diligence, portfolio reporting, and team operations.
  • •Perform portfolio financial valuation semi-annually and manage investment committee workflow, coordinating with the UFP financial department for closings and ongoing reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •BA in Business, Finance, Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or related technical science.
  • •English language fluency is mandatory (other languages are desirable).
  • •At least 3 years of experience in ventures, entrepreneurship, M&A, finance, and/or strategy.
  • •Demonstrated experience building complex financial models and analyzing investment opportunities.
  • •Ability to effectively and regularly communicate business performance and status to senior management.
