Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, validate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for B-Line aluminum cable tray products.
  • •Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including SOPs, Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
  • •Support NPI, pilot builds, process qualification, and production readiness activities.
  • •Optimize aluminum sheet and extrusion processing methods and provide technical support for related processing, finishing, and coating activities.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and lead continuous improvement using Lean tools (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED) and quality methodologies (8D, 5-Why).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years (preferably up to 8 years) of manufacturing engineering experience.
  • •Experience in sheet metal fabrication, aluminum processing, extrusion products, cable tray systems, or related industrial manufacturing environments.
  • •Experience supporting NPI, process development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Familiarity with manufacturing automation projects and quality/process capability improvement efforts.
